No Smoking please
In the entire house of the Passau Suites smoking is strictly forbidden. This also applies to the rooms, the bathrooms and at the open window. For smoking yet, we ask for a flat-rate compensation of € 200.
Time of Use
Please note that the rooms will be ready for you from 3 p.m. on the day of arrival and should be available for cleaning again by 11 a.m. on the day of departure.
Subject to availability and prior agreement, we would like to offer you an extension of the room use until 2:00 p.m. at a cost of € 20.00 per hour. Additional extensions - if possible - will be charged at the price of an additional night
Payment
You can pay the bill for your stay with Girocard, Maestro, Mastercard, Visa, American Express or in cash.
Parking
If you will arrive by car, we recommend the reservation of a parking space in advance. If available, we will make a reservation of one of our own parking spaces for you. The cost of a parking space is € 18.00 per night. If you need a parking space for the duration of your Danube cruise or a bike tour, please read our offer under 'Longterm parking'.
Dogs
We charge € 15.00 per night for your dog's overnight stay. We ask for your understanding that dogs can only be accepted after prior agreement. In order to prepare the stay of your four-legged companion accordingly, we will be happy to get the dog's breed and name in advance.
